Stéphane Mitchell
Was born in Geneva, Switzerland and is a graduate from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her writing debut is the awards winning feature ‘On dirait le sud’ by Vincent Pluss, Best Swiss Film 2003. She was head writer of three RTS series, including the ‘Banking District/Quartier des banques’ recommended by the ‘New York Times’. She co-wrote Frédéric Baillif’s feature film ‘La Mif/The Fam’, which won the Grand Prix of the International Jury in the 14plus competition of the 2021 Berlinale and was nominated for the 2022 Swiss Film Prize. Her current projects include ‘In High Seas’, a 4-parts Arte/RTS miniseries by Denis Rabaglia, Linsay Shapero’s Netflix/RTSminiseries ‘Winter Palace’ and ‘The Deal’, an 8 parts Arte/RTSE miniseries by Jean-Stéphane Bron.
Adrian Illien
Editor/Co-Producer for TV Films
Editor/Co-Producer responsible for TV films (e.g. 'Tatort') and TV series, such as the crime series 'Der Bestatter'; he was the head writer for the 7th season. In April 2019, Illien became self-employed as an author and has since been writing forseveral projects in Switzerland and Germany (including Davos 1917, Tatort)
Fabian Stein
Head of Content at Sky Switzerland
As Executive Producer at Sky, he played a decisive role in the implementation of the Swiss hit series Tschugger and thus demonstrated his flair for talent and innovative series projects.At Sky Switzerland, Fabian is actively involved in discovering new projects by Swiss filmmakers – with the aim of bringing their stories to the attention of local audiences, but also to make it accessible to viewers worldwide.
Ferdinand Dohna
Head of Content, Beta Film
Studied Classical Archaeology, Ancient History and Ancient Greek in Bonn and Heidelberg.
After a two-year stay at the German Archaeological Institute in Rome, he received his doctorate in 1999. During this time, he worked as a story editor at the Italian production company Luxvide, before joining the Kirch Group in 1999 as a producer for international co-productions. In 2001, he left the Kirch Group together with Jan Mojto to build up EOS Entertainment. Since the merger of EOS Entertainment and Beta Film, Ferdinand Dohna has been responsible for international productions and co-productions. He is known for productions such as War and Peace, Borgia, The Same Sky and Sisi.
Baptiste Planche
Head of Fiction at SRF
Since 2018, Baptiste Planche has been responsible for the production of films and TV series as Head of Production Fiction at SRF, including co-productions and commissioned productions such as the Swiss Tatort. Previously, he worked as an independent film producer and founded a startup for interactive films, which has since relocated to Los Angeles. Since 2022, as Head of Fiction, he has had the main responsibility for all of SRF's own fictional and co-productions (cinema, TV, series, Tatort, etc.), in particular for all SRF's Pacte co-productions.
